Shipping
All EcoChics Earthwear orders are shipped via United States Postal Service. Your order will usually ship within 4-6 business days after placing your order. Ecochics Earthwear charges sales tax in accordance with state laws.
Shipping Rates are calculated per weight by standard shipping method.
International Shipping Terms
EcoChics Earthwear tries to minimize our international shipping costs. If shipping an EcoChics order outside the United States, shipping charges do not include international taxes or duties. Contact USPS or your customs office for information about any applicable duties or taxes. If an order is placed to EcoChics Earthwear and refused entry into your country, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs, as well as any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that were incurred in shipping the package. EcoChics Earthwear will subtract the amount from your refund. Please note that EcoChics Earthwear only charges our own cost for these services and do not make any profit from shipping to our international customers. Shipping Promotions
When special shipping promotions are offered by EcoChics Earthwear, it is only applicable to domestic orders within the contiguous United States.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of the original EcoChics Earthwear order’s delivery date. EcoChics Earthwear accepts the following reasons for returns:
- Wrong Size.
- Wrong Item Shipped.
- Defective Item.
Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the return and a refund for shipping costs may not be granted. A return of your EcoChics Earthwear merchandise may take up to 2 weeks to process, once the merchandise has been received.
Pack your item and return it to us using the delivery method of your choice. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed.
